AI Content Generation
Describe what you want to display and let AI create a complete scene layout with components, placeholder content, and data bindings.
How It Works
Create a new scene
Navigate to Scenes and click New Scene.
Choose AI Generation
Select Generate with AI instead of a template or blank canvas.
Describe your content
Enter a natural language description:
- “A sales dashboard showing revenue by region with a KPI header”
- “A restaurant menu board with daily specials and prices”
- “A welcome screen for hotel guests with weather and local attractions”
Review the result
The AI generates:
- A layout with appropriate zones
- Components placed in each zone
- Placeholder text and images
- Suggested DataPool bindings
Customise
Open the Designer to refine the generated content. Replace placeholders with real data, adjust positioning, and fine-tune the design.
Tips for Better Results
| Tip | Example |
|---|---|
| Be specific about layout | ”Three columns: KPIs left, chart centre, news right” |
| Mention data types | ”Show temperature, humidity, and wind speed” |
| Specify the audience | ”For retail customers” vs “for internal team” |
| Include style preferences | ”Clean and minimal” or “bold and colourful” |
AI-generated content is a starting point. Always review and customise the output before publishing to live displays.
Limitations
- The AI generates layout and placeholder content, not final production content
- Complex multi-zone layouts may need manual adjustment
- Data bindings are suggested but may need to be connected to your actual DataPool fields
- Generated images are placeholders — replace with your own assets for production
