Device Monitoring
Inspire continuously monitors paired devices and reports health, performance, and connectivity data back to the management console.
Health Dashboard
The device health dashboard shows at-a-glance status for your entire fleet:

| Last Check-In | Distribution of last check-in times |

Alerts and Notifications
Configure alerts for device events:

Customise alert thresholds in Settings > Alerts.
Live Screenshots
Request a live screenshot from any online device:
- Open the device detail panel
- Click Take Screenshot
- The device captures its current display and uploads it
- View the screenshot in the panel
Screenshots are taken on demand and are not stored permanently. They are useful for verifying that content is rendering correctly without physically visiting the device.
Proof of Play
Inspire records display analytics for compliance and reporting:
- Impressions — How many times each scene was displayed
- Display Time — Total seconds each scene was on screen
- View Duration — Average continuous viewing time per scene
Access proof of play reports from Reports > Proof of Play.
