Templates

Templates are pre-designed scenes that you can use as starting points. They save time by providing professional layouts that you can customise with your own content and data.

The template gallery is accessible when creating a new scene. It provides a visual grid of available templates grouped by category.

Using a Template

Create a new scene

Click New Scene from the Scenes page.

Browse templates

Click the Templates tab. Browse by category or search by keyword.

Preview

Hover over a template to see a larger preview. Click to see full details including what inputs and data connections are needed.

Apply

Click Use Template. A new scene is created with the template’s layout, zones, and placeholder content.

Customise

Open the Designer to replace placeholder content with your own text, images, and data bindings.

Marketplace Templates

The template marketplace is coming in a future release. It will allow you to browse and install community and Optymyse-published templates directly within Inspire.

The marketplace will offer:

  • Free and premium templates
  • Community-contributed designs
  • Optymyse-published professional templates
  • One-click installation
  • Automatic theme integration

Creating Your Own Templates

You can save any scene as a template for reuse:

  1. Open the scene you want to save as a template
  2. Click Scene Settings (gear icon)
  3. Click Save as Template
  4. Give the template a name, description, and category
  5. Optionally add a thumbnail image

Your template appears in the gallery for all users in your tenant to use.
