Inspire provides comprehensive tools for managing, monitoring, and maintaining your fleet of display devices. From a single lobby screen to thousands of retail displays, the device management system scales to fit.
Device Lifecycle
| Stage | Description |
|---|---|
| Provision | Device powers on and opens the pairing screen |
| Pair | 6-character code connects the device to an endpoint |
| Active | Device receives and renders content |
| Monitor | Health data, diagnostics, and screenshots are collected |
| Maintain | Remote diagnostics, power scheduling, firmware updates |
Device Dashboard
The Devices page shows all paired devices with:
- Status — Online (green), offline (red), or sleeping (amber)
- Endpoint — Which endpoint the device is assigned to
- Last check-in — When the device last reported its status
- Hardware — Device model, OS, browser, resolution
- Network — IP address, connection type, signal strength
